Planning Commission Approves Chase Bank and Whole Foods Site Plans in Edmond

The proposal seeks to rezone the area from a single-family dwelling district to a PUD, allowing for a maximum of 204 townhomes or 306 apartment units. The development aims to provide a transition between existing residential areas and the nearby railroad. The commission supported the rezoning, citing alignment with the city's comprehensive plan for suburban infill development.
