Teton County Commissioners Approve Active Transportation Easements and Water Supply Commitment

Teton County officials have taken significant steps to enhance local infrastructure and community services during their recent meeting on August 19, 2025. A key decision was the unanimous approval of a temporary construction easement for the Wilson Active Transportation Improvements project, which aims to improve pedestrian and cyclist access in downtown Wilson. This easement, involving Station 22 LLC, will facilitate necessary construction work and includes a compensation payment of $67,627 to the landowner.

They approved a consent agenda that included applications for a new resort hotel liquor license, agreements for fire and life safety plan reviews, and a grant from the Teton Conservation District for fiscal year 2026.
