Community Discusses Placement of New Tiny Library and Musical Sculptures

During a recent meeting of the Parks and Keep SPI Beautiful Committee, members discussed exciting developments for South Padre Island's community spaces, particularly the introduction of a tiny library and new decorative elements in local parks.
