Hopkinsville City Council Votes to End Curbside Recycling Amid Financial Concerns

In addition to the recycling discussions, the council approved an increase in wholesale water rates for the Christian County Water District, set to take effect in phases starting October 1, 2025. The council also made appointments to the Hopkinsville Christian County Public Library Board of Trustees and the Human Rights Commission.
