College Station ISD Welcomes New Assistant Principals Across Multiple Schools

The College Station Independent School District (CSISD) welcomed several new assistant principals (APs) during its regular board meeting on August 19, 2025, marking a significant step in enhancing leadership across the district's schools.

Mr. Hayden Bell, with eight years of educational experience, will serve as the new AP at College Station Middle School. Previously a social studies teacher and coach at A&M Consolidated, Bell expressed gratitude to his former colleagues and family for their support in his new role.

Mrs. Lauren Cummings, who has nine years of experience, takes on the AP position at Cypress Grove Intermediate. Cummings, formerly an English teacher at the same school, thanked her mentors and the district for the opportunity to advance her career.

At College Station High School, Mr. Jeremy Dokken, a seasoned educator with ten years of experience, transitions from a chemistry teacher to AP. He acknowledged the hard work of his team and the support of his family as he embarks on this new chapter.

Mr. David Espinosa, with six years of experience, will serve as AP at Oakwood Intermediate. Espinosa, who previously taught history at A&M Consolidated Middle School, credited his mentors for their guidance in his professional development.

Lastly, Mrs. Allison Gilmore, bringing 23 years of experience, assumes the role of AP at College Station Middle School after serving as an instructional coach at Oakwood Intermediate.

These appointments reflect CSISD's commitment to fostering strong leadership within its schools, ensuring that students receive quality education and support. The district looks forward to the positive impact these new leaders will have on their respective campuses.
