Maui County Council members weigh concerns on TIG scope and Bill 9 timeline

Alapai also stressed the urgency of moving forward with Bill 9, which has yet to receive a final reading by the full county council. She expressed concern that expanding the TIG's scope could delay the bill's passage, which is already under a time constraint for implementation.
