Indigo Celebrates Retirements and Honors Employees for Exceptional Service

In a heartfelt session, the City Council of Indianapolis celebrated outstanding contributions to public safety and service during their recent meeting. The spotlight shone brightly on Ashley Jones, a coach operator recognized for her quick thinking when she safely rescued a three-year-old child wandering alone. Her decisive actions not only ensured the child's safety but also exemplified the high standards of vigilance and responsibility expected in public service.

The council also honored two long-serving employees, Daryl Carter and John Musgrove, who both retired after remarkable careers spanning over four decades. Carter, a facility maintenance technician, dedicated 40 years to ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, while Musgrove, an HVAC mechanic turned defect mechanic, was celebrated for his craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.
