Dallas Considers ENCORE's Request for 200-Foot Cellular Communication Tower

The Dallas City Planning Commission meeting on August 21, 2025, focused on the implications of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 regarding cell tower placement and a specific application for a new tower. The commission allowed for public comments, giving speakers two minutes each to express their support or opposition to the application. Hiramoto's presentation underscored the necessity of the new equipment for operational efficiency, and she welcomed questions from the commission.
