County Approves Settlement Agreement with Great River Engineering over Green Bridal Project Errors

The total cost of this error amounted to $101,395.93. However, it was noted that the county incurred no expenses, as Great River Engineering and their insurance company covered the entire cost. The project did not experience significant delays as a result of this issue.

The commission reviewed the settlement agreement, which confirms that Great River Engineering will bear the costs and that the county will not pursue further legal action regarding this matter. The agreement has been approved by the county's attorney.
