Ray Jordan, the director of Sampson County Economic Development, introduced the workshop's facilitator, Crystal Morphis, founder and CEO of Creative Economic Development Consulting. Morphis, recognized for her expertise in economic development, was set to lead discussions on various topics, including economic development strategies, local government responsibilities, and collaboration opportunities.
