Highway Department Updates Cedar Falls Projects and 2026 Budget Plans

The Dunn County Highway Committee convened on August 13, 2025, to discuss ongoing operations, project updates, and financial considerations related to highway maintenance and improvements. Brent highlighted that crews have been active in multiple areas, including placing rock on roads in the town of Sheridan and preparing for similar work in the town of Weston. He mentioned that a pulverizer is scheduled to arrive next week to assist with projects across all townships. Furthermore, Brent confirmed ongoing state work, which includes patching, culvert replacements, and crack sealing planned for the fall.
