Planning Commission Reviews Rezone Request for Lake Havasu Avenue Property

The Lake Havasu City Planning and Zoning Commission convened on August 6, 2025, to discuss several key developments and updates affecting the community. The property, measuring 1.66 acres, currently houses a 12,500 square foot commercial building and is surrounded by other commercial and industrial properties.
