Marion County Committee Approves Land Use Amendment and Rezoning for Three Properties

The Marion County Planning & Zoning Commission held a significant meeting on August 25, 2025, where they addressed a proposed land use amendment and rezoning request that could impact local development. The commission discussed the applicant's request to incorporate three parcels into a Planned Unit Development (PUD), with two of the properties seeking a change from low residential to medium residential zoning.
