City Council Approves Fence Height Limits and Rezoning for Cedar Creek Parcels

Winchester City Council's Planning and Economic Development Committee made significant strides in urban development during their meeting on August 28, 2025, approving a new fence design and a crucial rezoning request that aims to enhance the Cedar Creek Grade area.
