Citizens Voice Concerns Over Conroe Budget and Safety at City Hall Meeting

She pointed out that the only public safety priority listed in the proposed budget was the establishment of an emergency operations center. Frolano criticized the lack of traffic enforcement in her area, noting that stop signs are often ignored and speed limits are not enforced, which poses a risk to children and pedestrians. She emphasized that taxpayers deserve better services for their contributions.
