Council Discusses Upgrading Wallace Road to Asphalt in Planned River Rock Development Area

Rockwall County officials are taking significant steps to improve local infrastructure, particularly with plans to upgrade Wallace Bridal Road from a dirt lane to a two-lane asphalt roadway.
