Lehi Council Approves Grant for Hotel Renovations on Northeast Second Street

The Ocala - East Ocala Redevelopment Advisory Committee convened on August 27, 2025, to discuss various redevelopment initiatives aimed at improving the local community. The grant would cover 60% of the project costs, amounting to a potential funding of up to $27,777. The proposed paint color will align with the existing scheme, albeit with a slightly darker shade of gray.
