Waterville Township Approves Zoning Changes for New Residential Developments

Staff recommended approval, citing compatibility with surrounding residential uses, consistency with the Springfield Township zoning resolution, and adherence to Lucas County subdivision rules. This case also included 34 conditions, which were noted for the record. The applicant was present to affirm their agreement with the staff's recommendations.

The meeting concluded with a clear progression through the agenda, with all cases receiving the necessary approvals as recommended by staff.
