Tamarac City Council Hosts Community Forum on Deed Fraud Prevention Strategies

In the heart of Tamarac, city officials gathered to discuss a range of community initiatives and events aimed at fostering engagement and support among residents. The meeting, held on August 27, 2025, showcased the city’s commitment to health, safety, and community development.

One of the highlights was the announcement of a new running event at Tephyr Park, set to take place every second Saturday of the month. Additionally, the meeting highlighted an upcoming event titled "Women on the Course," designed to empower women through golf. Scheduled for September 17, this free event at Colony West will not only teach golf skills but also foster social connections among participants.

City officials also reported on their recent trip to the International Conference of Shopping Centers in Orlando, where they promoted Tamarac’s growth and explored potential partnerships for redevelopment projects.
