City Council Proposes Update to Parks and Library Master Plans for 2026

The City of Temple's recent special called city council meeting highlighted significant updates and future plans for community development, particularly focusing on parks, libraries, and infrastructure maintenance. As the city approaches the ten-year mark since the last comprehensive update to its parks and open space master plan, officials are recommending a new undertaking in the upcoming year.
