Taylor City Council Approves Zoning Change for Trinity Heights Infill Neighborhood

A significant zoning change proposal took center stage at the Taylor City Council meeting on August 28, 2025, as officials discussed plans to rezone a property located at Beach Street and Syme Street. The proposed change from P5 to P4 zoning aims to facilitate a mixed-use development that aligns with the city’s growth strategy.
