Taylor Planning Commission Approves Fortera Business Park Amid Community Concerns

Concerns over a new development project dominated the Taylor City Council meeting on August 28, 2025, as the planning and zoning commission approved the project with a 5-1 vote. Despite the commission's approval, two property owners voiced opposition to the project, raising concerns about its alignment with the community's needs.
