Bellevue Agency Approves Boundary Change and Equipment Purchases for Water Park Development

Additionally, the agency granted a growth management plan exception for a previously plotted lot, allowing development under prior regulations without immediate costs for sewer connections. This exception was straightforward and also received unanimous approval.

Lastly, an encroachment agreement was approved for a lot in the Buffalo Creek Industrial area. This agreement allows a developer to install sewer piping that crosses the agency's easement, with the understanding that they will connect to the agency's infrastructure in the future at no additional cost.
