County Seeks DSHS Grant to Enhance Accessibility at County Fair for Sensory Needs

In a recent Clallam County Commissioner’s Work Session, held on September 2, 2025, officials discussed an innovative grant opportunity aimed at enhancing accessibility for individuals with sensory sensitivities at local events, particularly the county fair. The grant would facilitate training for first responders, ensuring they are equipped to assist individuals with sensory needs effectively.
