Mariposa County Celebrates International Literacy Month with Community Programs

This workshop aims to educate residents on safe pesticide use and the importance of compliance with regulations, especially in school environments.

Sheriff Jeremy Breeze also addressed the board, celebrating the success of the recent county fair, which saw zero jail bookings—a rare achievement that highlights community safety and effective teamwork among law enforcement and volunteers. He expressed gratitude for the collaborative efforts that contributed to a safe and enjoyable event for all attendees.
