Council Proposes Changes to Purchasing Limits Following Senate Bill Update

Balch Springs City Council is taking significant steps to enhance its financial management and procurement processes, as discussed in their recent workshop and special meeting on September 2, 2025.

Officials acknowledged a shift towards a more conservative estimate of revenue, particularly regarding penalties and interest from delinquent accounts.
