Veterans and Community Resource Center announces resource fair for seniors on September 22

North Las Vegas is set to enhance support for its veteran community with the recent updates from the Veterans Community Commission meeting held on September 3, 2025. A key highlight was the announcement that a new Veteran Service Officer (VSO) will soon be accredited, allowing for increased assistance at the Veterans and Community Resource Center (VCRC).

The VSO, who passed the necessary accreditation test, will be available at the center six days a week, providing crucial support for veterans looking to start their claims. Currently, a certified VSO is already present every Monday, actively assisting walk-in clients.
