The City Council of Indianapolis has approved a significant lease extension for the Board of Public Health and Safety, allowing them to continue utilizing a specialized facility on Culligan Avenue for undercover operations. The new agreement, which spans five years, has a total cost not to exceed $2,773,291.31, averaging approximately $15,000 per month.

This facility is crucial for housing undercover personnel and storing specialized vehicles, including those used for surveillance and evidence storage.
