Adams County Awards Over $3M in Opioid Abatement Grants for Community Support

Other notable recipients included Westminster Public Schools, which received funding to expand behavioral health pathways, and Sober AF Entertainment, which will train residents as peer support specialists.

Commissioners expressed gratitude for the collaborative efforts of the opioid council and emphasized the importance of a data-driven approach to effectively allocate resources. The unanimous approval of the grant resolutions reflects a commitment to enhancing community safety and support for individuals struggling with addiction.
