The property, which includes 14 acres in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) and a one-acre portion within city limits, is being considered for a zoning change to C-2, which would facilitate its transformation into a medical office area. During the public hearing, no objections were raised from residents, indicating a supportive community response to the project.
