Developer Scott McCall addresses Westfield Road access and funding challenges

In addition to the road issues, the council also addressed a zoning change application submitted by Ray and Kathy Raymond and Kathy Bent for a property at 1816 South Shangri La. The current zoning is MU 20, and the proposed change is to AG 1 District, which aligns with the agricultural designation in the general plan. The planning commission unanimously recommended approval of this change, which is necessary to bring the property into compliance following a recent lot line adjustment.
