Environmental Commission Approves Variance for Clovis Development at McKinney Falls Parkway

The Austin Environmental Commission made significant strides in promoting sustainable development during its recent meeting on September 3, 2025. A key highlight was the approval of a variance request for the Clovis at McKinney Falls housing project, which aims to enhance family-oriented living while prioritizing environmental considerations.
