Charlotte, a lifelong East Greenwich resident, has dedicated her life to education and community service. Born in 1925, she attended local schools and later graduated from Colby College and the University of Rhode Island. Her remarkable journey includes a distinguished career as a biochemist at Harvard Medical School and service as a director at Johnson Air Force Base during the Korean War.
