Officer Taylor told the magistrate that “In 09/05/2025, Irene inspected the property and found the unserviceable vehicle to be removed from the property, but the trash litter and debris still remained on the property.” The county requested an order finding a violation, daily fines of $150 until compliance and a fine-assessment hearing to determine abatement costs.

After hearing the county’s evidence, the special magistrate said, \"I will find that there is competent and substantial evidence to support finding the property in violation. I will impose a $150 daily fine, set a compliance date for 10/13/2025, and a fine assessment hearing for October 14,\" and entered an order consistent with that oral pronouncement.

The property is listed in the case record as owned by the estate of Charles F. Wilder III. The county filed photographs, notices of violation and proof of mailing and posting into the record. The magistrate’s order and the county’s written findings will follow in the formal written order to be entered in the case file.
