After a period of relative inactivity following the completion of the Nacho project, the IDA is now actively reviewing and negotiating multiple proposals, with at least five projects currently in the pipeline.

One notable project is Food Coffee, located at Tech Meadows, which is facing financing challenges due to environmental concerns. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is scheduled to visit the site next week to assess previous reports and determine if any special procedures are necessary before construction can proceed.
