Lakeville is set to welcome a new 9,000 square foot medical office building, as MSP Pilot Knob LLC presented their development plans during the recent Planning Commission meeting on September 4, 2025. Rodney Hintz, representing the developer, highlighted the project’s collaboration with Girl Pediatrics, a well-known clinic with roots in Lakeville, which is eager to return to the community.
The proposed facility will focus on pediatric healthcare and is designed to accommodate additional tenants, including pediatric dental groups. Hintz emphasized the building's use of high-quality materials, including brick and stone, while maintaining a straightforward design that aligns with the community's aesthetic.
The strategic location near Hy-Vee and residential neighborhoods was noted as a significant advantage, positioning the new medical office to serve the growing population of Lakeville effectively. The project aims to enhance local healthcare access and contribute to the community's development.
The Planning Commission will continue discussions on this project, with further questions and considerations expected in upcoming meetings. This development marks another step in Lakeville's ongoing efforts to expand healthcare services and support its residents' needs.
