The committee also discussed two additional projects seeking a resolution of no objection to proceed with 4% housing tax credit applications. The Lafayette Village Apartments and Idlewild Apartments, both requiring rehabilitation, will preserve a total of 500 affordable housing units for families. The committee plans to hold a public hearing on October 15, 2025, to further discuss these projects, with a vote scheduled for October 22.
