Council members asked about removal of leaning or dead trees that later fall into the creek; staff said the scope depends on what the county's engineers include and that some work could run into private-property issues. The county sought a new permit after earlier bids were higher than expected and the Corps would not allow work under the prior permit, staff said.

The motion to approve the interlocal agreement was made by Councilman Senhanyak and seconded by Councilwoman Seth. After a brief roll call, the mayor announced the motion passed unanimously.
