During a recent meeting of the Galveston Planning Commission, discussions centered on the promising SACS on the Seawall development, which aims to revitalize the West End of Galveston. Anastasia Guido, the exclusive agent for the new condo project Tiara on the Beach, presented the development's potential benefits to the community.

Guido emphasized that the SACS project is expected to boost the local economy significantly, creating over 2,000 jobs for residents. This development will also introduce five new restaurants and enhance shopping opportunities, contributing to the vibrancy of the area. The project will feature 236 apartments, with 25% allocated for J-1 students and another 25% designated for workforce housing.
