Laura Machado announced that David Ryan has been selected for the Third Street public art project, titled "Waiting on a Light on the Corner by Sound Exchange," with an expected completion date in 2026. The Boulder Plaza sculpture project, known as "The Seed," is also progressing, with a new timeline set for completion by June 2026.
