The project will be funded entirely through the stormwater fund, with a budget adjustment of $15,000 to cover the costs.

The timeline for these projects indicates that planning will conclude by early 2026, with construction bids anticipated in 2027. This proactive approach aims to address both community safety and environmental compliance, ensuring that Fairview continues to develop sustainably while responding to the needs of its residents.
