During the meeting on September 29, 2025, city officials introduced the portal, which can be accessed via the city’s official website, sonomacity.org, under the finance and utilities section. The portal aims to empower residents by making financial data more accessible and understandable.

The demonstration highlighted the user-friendly interface of the portal, which includes guidance for first-time users and direct links to various financial reports. Currently, three reports are available, offering insights into the city’s fiscal activities.
