Following Gregson's presentation, several local business owners shared their positive experiences with the chamber. John Hong, a small business owner, testified to the value of the chamber's support in marketing and communication, which he found difficult to access otherwise. Lauren Sweeney, representing a leadership training organization, echoed these sentiments, noting the chamber's unique ability to provide data and metrics that demonstrate the return on investment for businesses involved.

The council members were encouraged to consider the proposal, which aims to not only uplift small businesses but also enhance the overall economic landscape of La Habra.
