Licensing panel approves several apprentices, denies incomplete applications and OKs master exam pending paperwork

At the meeting, members approved several apprentice applications, denied two applications for lack of required documentation and agreed to accept a candidate to sit for a master electrician exam once the board receives verification, staff and applicants said.

The licensing staff member Kathy said: "We've always required that for everybody," referring to signed verification of enrollment or employer signatures. That verification was central to debate about applications from Marcus Isaac, Josh Jennings and others.

The panel approved apprentice applications for Tristan R. Clark, Jason Allen Swindell, Tyler Lowell Ritchie and Trey M. Wheeler after the staff confirmed their paperwork was in order.
