The motion to approve the resolution was moved and carried without discussion. The board chair announced the vote as "7 in favor, 0 opposed; the resolution is adopted." Bauer then indicated she would continue recording.
The action officially restores Bauer to the recording-secretary role; no additional debate, amendments, or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
