City staff presented Ordinance 15-52 on second reading, described as “an ordinance annexing approximately 4.63 acres of land located in Lake Jackson Boulevard Subdivision” into the city of Sebring. Staff noted the annexation completes the shopping center area where the other half of the center was already inside city limits.
