The Del Valle ISD Board of Trustees nominated and approved Bruce Faunt Wednesday as the districtb9s representative to the Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD) board of directors.

Trustee Pantoja nominated Faunt. The motion was seconded and carried by a show-of-hands vote, 7-0. Mark Cantu said the item had been on the prior agenda for consideration and that the nomination fills a vacancy previously held by a community member who declined to continue.

A signed resolution will be prepared and submitted as required by TCAD procedures.
