He said the right-of-way donation would allow public infrastructure to be installed along Milliken Road. Commissioners confirmed the donation is not intended to pay for turn-lane construction; any turn-lane work would be undertaken by the developer.
The motion to approve the plat passed with Commissioner Carpenter voting yes, Commissioner Rogers yes and Commissioner Dixon yes. Craig Flotte offered to provide finished-site photos to commissioners once construction is complete.
