County engineer reports paving progress on Blackjack, Bridal Arrow Creek and Wildwood roads

Clay, the county engineer’s representative, told the commission Oct. 8 that two contractors and the county paving crew are currently working on road projects across the county.

- The county’s micro‑surface contractor is paving Bridal Arrow Creek Road.

- Wiregrass (contractor) is in the middle of paving Blackjack Road; Clay estimated Blackjack would take “probably another 3 weeks to finish.”

- The county paving crew is working on Wildwood.
