Treasurer submits FY2025 annual settlement to auditor in compliance with Idaho code

Jill Smith, chief deputy treasurer, appeared for the treasurer and cited Idaho Code provisions requiring monthly reports and an annual settlement presented to the county auditor and commissioners. She said she submitted the annual settlement to county clerk Jennifer Locke for review and record.
A commissioner moved to acknowledge the treasurer’s submission pursuant to Idaho Code 31‑2‑112 and the motion carried with unanimous aye votes recorded by Commissioner Adleroyne, Commissioner Duncan and Chair Jones.
The action is a routine statutory step to document the treasurer’s accounting of receipts, disbursements and fund balances for the preceding fiscal year.
